What people are saying:

Fun and supportive way to learn new SUP skills

Scott was a great instructor. He introduced new skills and demonstrating them before setting us loose to try them out. The targeted coaching I got made me aware of some bad habits I'd developed and refined the new ones I was developing. The rescue techniques were very cool to learn as well. I feel much more confident to venture out on my board.

SUP Advanced Flat water Course, July 11, 2018

For anyone who wants to improve on their technique and overall confidence on the water while on a SUP, this course offers this, including all the different strokes, stances and how to properly hold the paddle, for perfect execution. You are shown and explained how to use minimal energy to properly glide across the surface of the water. Some rescue scenario's were also handy to part take in! Scott was a great Instructor in this course to acquire all of these skills with, you are in a safe and fun environment on the ocean. Very professional and layed back dude! Overall, it was a blast and I recommend you just go for it! :):):) Big thank you to Cape LaHave Adventures for your time, energy, and spirit, by sharing your experience with individuals who are longing for more freedom and adventure!
