The Tusket Archipelago consist of over three-dozen granite islands off the Southwestern coast of Nova Scotia that are part of the greater UNESCO Southwest Nova Biosphere Reserve.

On this tour your experienced guides will share their local knowledge of the islands as they guide through waters influenced by the Bay of Fundy tides. As we navigate tidal currents among the islands, we will experience an area that is steeped in maritime lore and history – we will visit traditional fishing grounds, local shipwrecks, traditional island sheep farming sites and even a former island micro-nation! The local landscapes of stunted fir and spruce, salt marshes and sphagnum bogs are also home to many seabirds including colonies of gulls, guillemots, terns and petrels. Our paddling adventure will be fueled by incredible meals and peaceful campsites. All of our meals are locally sourced and prepared fresh by one of our highly skilled guides.
