Yoga + Paddle Full Day Tour - LaHave Islands

from 135.00

This tour departs daily at 9am. Experience the beauty of the LaHave Islands in all of their splendour. With a full day to explore, we can often visit areas that are a bit further afield, including the stunning white sand beaches of Cape LaHave Island & the aptly named Seal Point. Take the time to unplug and enjoy a yoga session on a beach, lead by one of our certified yoga teachers. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the islands, and paddle through several dynamic coastal environments including historic fishing settlements, pristine white sand beaches, wild headlands and diverse marine and terrestrial habitats.

Bring a lunch or let us pack the picnic. This is an extended 6 to 7 hour tour, however, it does not need to be strenuous!  We go at the pace you desire with lots of time to enjoy lunch, snacks, yoga and walks on some of the secluded beaches of the LaHave Islands. No previous experience required!
