Due to this, we cannot refund or reschedule within 48hrs for day tours and rentals, 30 days for courses, and 60 days for multidays unless a suitable replacement is found. If a replacement is found, or for cancellations further in advance, a full refund less a 20% administration fee will be issued.
Our cancellation policy must apply even in the event of a medical problem or family circumstance. We will do everything possible to fill your vacant spot for you.
