Booking Policy To confirm your spot in a tour or clinic we require a 50% deposit for day tours, 100% payment for rentals and special events (eg. night tours) or a 20% deposit for multiday tours. To provide us with your credit card information, please call us at (902) 693-2023. This can be paid by phone or online through our website.
Cancellation Policy (Please read this carefully. Thanks!)
Our courses, tours and rentals have a limited number of spots available and we have to turn people away once our bookings are full. Due to this, we cannot refund or reschedule within 48hrs for day tours and rentals, 30 days for courses and special events, and 60 days for multidays unless a suitable replacement is found. If a replacement is found, or for cancellations further in advance, a full refund less a 20% administration fee will be issued.
Our cancellation policy must apply even in the event of a medical problem or family circumstance. We will do everything possible to fill your vacant spot for you. In the case of a Force Majeure, such as but not limited to acts of terrorism, war, pandemics, labour disputes, government actions, strikes, or major adverse weather conditions, all terms and conditions may be subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any clinics or trips due to weather or insufficient registration. In these cases, full refunds will be issued and we will do our best to reschedule.
A note on risk
We take every precaution to ensure safety, however adventure activity involves risk. We recommend you obtain any personal, medical and cancellation insurance that you may deem appropriate. You’ll be required to sign our waiver before we depart.
