HIGHLIGHTS
Our full day guided yoga + Nova Scotia kayaking tour of the LaHave Islands Archipelago allows you to unplug and and rejuvenate, island style. Paddle through several dynamic coastal environments including historic fishing settlements, pristine white sand beaches, wild headlands and diverse marine and terrestrial habitats. Take the time to unplug and enjoy an outdoor yoga session on an island beach, lead by one of our certified yoga teachers. Specific routes vary depending on wind conditions and group experience.
This is an extended 6 to 7 hour tour, however, it does not need to be strenuous! We go at the pace you desire with lots of time to enjoy a yoga session, lunch, snacks and walks on some of the secluded beaches of the LaHave Islands. No previous paddling or yoga experience required!

Because our courses, tours and rentals have a limited number of spots available, we have to turn people away once our bookings are full. Due to this, we cannot refund or reschedule within 48hrs for day tours and rentals, 30 days for courses, and 60 days for multidays unless a suitable replacement is found. If a replacement is found, or for cancellations further in advance, a full refund less a 20% administration fee will be issued.
Our cancellation policy must apply even in the event of a medical problem or family circumstance. We will do everything possible to fill your vacant spot for you. In the case of a Force Majeure, such as but not limited to acts of terrorism, war, pandemics, labour disputes, government actions, strikes, or major adverse weather conditions, all terms and conditions may be subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any clinics or trips due to weather or insufficient registration. In these cases, full refunds will be issued and we will do our best to reschedule.
